Watch out for the Maple Monster!

Hi there! We're a group of nice weirdos who love making maple syrup!  We boil sap down in our home of Northern New York State. Nestled between the Adirondacks and the St. Lawrence River, just south of Canada, our slice of the North Country is home to delicious maple syrup, wild weather, and strange tales.

What do we do?

Tapping Trees!

We are a very small operation, but we work our butts off making some of the best maple syrup you'll ever taste! If you like hand-crafted artisanal bullshit, you'll be pleased to know that we legit take great pains to gather pure maple sap to make into our tasty syrup.

All-Natural Syrup

We make each batch of syrup by hand, and keep the batches separate. We have delicious syrups crafted from sap gathered during the beginning, middle, and end of each season - and each batch has its own distinct color and taste!

Maple Monster?

Some say there is a mysterious creature that attacks sugarbushes during maple season. For generations sugarmakers in the Adirondack foothills noticed mysterious bite marks in pails and sugar equipment, trees drained of sap, barrels of precious syrup vanished in the middle of the night, mysterious lights spotted during long boils at night, and unidentifiable sticky footprints in the slushy snow.

Are these just drunken tales from folks who have spent weeks without sleep, boiling sap and getting increasingly loopy, or are these evidence of actual visitations by a creature beyond our understanding?  Is your syrup safe? Watch out for the maple monster!
